How do I place a order?
Just click on your favorite item in the webshop, fill in your details and place your order.

Can I order something that is sold out?
Yes, some items can be ordered if they are sold out. Please contact our costumer service.

Can I cancel my order?
You can only cancel your order before shipping by contacting our costumer service. In other cases you have to wait and follow our return policy.

In which countries does By Maadje deliver?
By Maadje has a worldwide shipping service what means that we deliver all over the world.

How long does it take before I have my order?
A normal shipping will take 5 till 7 days. By Maadje is sending every order in 24 hours. You will get a track and trace code to follow your order.

What do I need to do if I don't receive my order?
A normal shipping will take 5 till 7 days. Check the status of your shipping with your track and trace code or contact the costumer service of By Maadje.

Return

Which items can be returned?
Swimsuits or bikinis with original tags and hygienic liners still in place will be accepted for returns or exchanges. 

How high are the costs for returning items?

Returning items are free if you use the return ticket that you will get from our costumer service. In all other cases you have to pay your own shipping costs.

How do I return my items?
Always start to report your return within 14 days after receiving by our costumer service before you return any items and follow the instructions from our costumer service. Unfortunately By Maadje can not accept returned items without receiving any report.
